Problems begin when gaming goes beyond entertainment. Hibajee13 believes every player deserves a safe and enjoyable experience. Our responsible gaming policy is here to help you make the right choices.
Welcome to Hibajee13. Gaming on our platform is more than chasing wins — it is entertainment, it is an experience. But we also know that, like any form of entertainment, gaming needs boundaries. Playing responsibly means understanding your limits, planning ahead, and enjoying every moment.
Responsible gaming is a core part of what Hibajee13 stands for. We want every member to stay happy, healthy, and financially secure. On this page, you will find guidance on reviewing your gaming habits, setting the right limits, and knowing where to turn for help.
The first step to responsible gaming is an honest look at yourself. If any of the following signs sound familiar, it is time to take notice:
Hibajee13 offers several powerful tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. They are completely free and can be activated at any time from your account settings.
Set a maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set, the limit applies automatically.
Set a loss limit in advance — the point at which you'll stop playing within a given period.
Decide in advance how many hours a day you'll spend gaming. Your session will end automatically once the limit is reached.
Take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be temporarily suspended during this period.
You can opt out of bonus offers and promotional messages to avoid added temptation.
Use Self-Exclusion to take a complete break from gaming over the long term.
Setting limits on Hibajee13 is simple and takes effect immediately. The available limits and how they work are listed below:
| Limit Type | Duration | Time to Take Effect | Can you change it? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Deposit Limit | Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Instant | Can be extended after 7 days |
| Loss Limit | Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Instant | Can be extended after 7 days |
| Bet Limits | Per Bet | Instant | Can be extended after 7 days |
| Session Time Limit | Daily | Instant | After 24 Hours |
| Cooldown Break | 24 Hours / 7 Days / 30 Days | Instant | Auto-renews at Expiry |
| Self-Exclusion | 6 months / 1 year / Permanent | Instant | Review at Expiry |
If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, self-exclusion is the most effective step. Activating this feature will completely block your access to the Hibajee13 platform for a set period of time.
Your account is not reactivated automatically when a self-exclusion period ends. You will need to contact our support team to reinstate it — and a cooldown period will still apply.
Answer the following questions honestly. This is a chance to evaluate yourself as a responsible gamer:
1. Have you spent more than your planned budget in the last 30 days?
2. Do you feel restless or irritable after stopping gaming?
3. Have you ever bet more to recover losses?
4. Have you hidden anything about your gaming from family or friends?
5. Is gaming affecting your work, studies, or relationships?
